Our workshops have educated over 700 women and girls about the biology of menstruation, sustainable hygiene practices, and dismantling taboos. We partner with local educators, health workers, and NGOs to bring language-accessible, culturally sensitive content to marginalized communities. Through schools, prisons, and village networks, Boond is normalizing menstruation as a matter of health, not shame.
We create livelihood opportunities for rural women and self-help groups, training them to produce reusable cloth pads. By turning menstrual health into a vehicle for income generation, we reduce stigma, build dignity, and offer financial independence. These pads are distributed for free or at subsidized rates, creating a circular model of supply, skill, and social upliftment. They are placed at rural community centres. We partner with local government offcials to make this a reality. We are on track to train and equip 30 communities in Jaipur with Boond pads.
This is Boond's capstone infrastructure project where we build sanitation and hygiene infrastructure to cater to displaced communities within institutions.
