We also collect your profile picture through camera or gallery access to display your identity within the app. Your location (GPS access) is collected only to show nearby turfs and to help with navigation. We use Firebase Authentication to verify and secure your login, and we store booking information to process and manage your turf bookings. Payment details are handled securely by Razorpay during transactions, and we may collect device information for analytics and improving app performance. We do not collect or store passwords locally on your device.

Why We Request App Permissions

We request camera and gallery access so you can upload and update your profile picture. Location permission is used strictly to detect your current location for turf searching. Internet permission is required for communication with our servers, Firebase connectivity, and Razorpay payment processing. Storage permissions are used only to cache important files and images within the app. Some additional permissions may be requested for mapping, geolocation, and payment functionalities. We only ask for permissions when required to allow the app to function properly.

How We Use Your Information

Third-Party Services

Our App relies on trusted third-party services such as Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Storage, Google Maps and Geolocation APIs, Google Sign-In, Razorpay Payment Gateway, and Shared Preferences for encrypted local storage. These third-party providers may collect limited information based on their own privacy policies. We do not share or sell any personal information with unknown third parties for marketing or commercial gain.

Data Security

We use modern security technologies including encrypted communication and secure Firestore database rules to protect your data from unauthorized access. Only authorized personnel have limited access to necessary information. While we take strong precautions, no digital platform can guarantee complete security.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data for as long as you maintain an active account. You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time by contacting us through our support email. Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete your data from our servers within 7–30 business days.

 Children’s Privacy

The App is not designed for or intended to be used by children under the age of 13. If we discover that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected unintentionally, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy whenever necessary. Any changes will be published within the app or on our website, along with a revised “Last Updated” date.
