- By accepting the terms & conditions Doctors or Clinics agree that this registration is totally done with their permission and knowledge.
- Doctors or Clinics can anytime mail us to delete their registration. They can also submit a new registration.
- Doctors or Clinics can also edit the old registration in case of address change or consultation time change or contact number change etc.
- If the changed or newly edited profile is not updated for our users , Doctors or Clinics can mail us about this, We will take appropriate steps for this.
- The patient booking information will be mailed 3 hours before the opening time of the clinic or the consultation time of the doctor. This time may vary a little in case of network problem. We will try to minimize this problem best from our side.
- If the booking details not sent due to any network problem, we will message you the same details.
- After getting the registration details , we will send our team to verify whether the doctor or clinic exists before showing to our users.
- We confirm that we will not send any patient booking for the same consultation period . If a patient needs to visit you in the same period we will seek permission of the doctor or clinic for the possibility.
- We keep bookings only for doctors consultation. So further treatment of the patient is not our responsibility. Doctors or clinics can not make us responsible for treatments other than consultation with doctors.
- We don't keep bookings for beds, emergency, surgery, casualties etc. So if any one insists for the same as booked appointment from our app, it is up to the clinic or doctor and not our responsibility. We keep booking only for consultation.
- We believe in doctor-patient relationship. So any misbehavior from the patient or their attendant to the doctors or to the clinic is reportable to us and can be mailed , we will take action and they can't book further appointment with you.
- We believe in face to face discussion of the problem of the patient with the doctor. We don't promote to take advice on medication over phone/mobile or through mail. If anyone faces problem in this regard without a face to face conversation, that is not our responsibility.
- Doctors or clinics also also can increase or decrease the number of patient bookings from us at any time & submit the new one.
- We are now confirming that any change in these terms and conditions in the interest of doctors,clinics and us will be done by us if appropriate.
- We confirm that we will respect the feed backs of clinics and doctors and will rewrite the terms and condition if the feedback is appropriate for any change.
- The clinic or the doctor agrees that the number of tickets they gave us are provided to the users only by us and not by them.So they again can't give the same ticket if that is already provided by us to the users.
