Returns & Cancellation

We at Booklyne Apparel Shop intend to give you a quality product of your choice. But in case you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at return@franklywearing.com

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not happy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to Frankly Wearing within 5 days of the delivery via any courier. Please mail them at return@franklywearing.com before you return the products to them for them to be able to process your return request.

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery.

You can send the product back to them via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address. We do not offer this service at the moment. You will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to them. Once they receive your products back, they would verify that they are new and unused.

A total money refund can only be availed in case there is a defect in the T-Shirt.

Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 14 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You shall not be able to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.

In case of cancelling prepaid orders, we will email you the details about your refund once we process your cancellation. An amount equal to 2.5% of the order value will be deducted as the Cancellation Charge and the remaining amount will be refunded to you via the mode of payment used for the purchase.
