At BookBox India, we take every step as a small piece to the big puzzle we're trying to solve. This puzzle will only take the right shape when all the pieces fall in the right place. To complete this puzzle efficiently, we work more like a family than a team. If you look at a family, there is no hierarchical level distribution. The distribution is done in a different way. The family members do their own work as assigned. This is where cooperation comes into the picture. Realising that if any of the family members do not cooperate with the rest, the entire system will crumble eventually, all of us try to give our best to this initiative each and every day.
