Aid Stations

We are hoping to make this race as cup-less as possible! Please bring refillable running vest/backpack or belt bottles!

There will be 3 aid stations once you are on the course for the Gatekeeper and the Pendulum.  There will be a finish line aid station as well. The Fox Den has one aid station.  Please bring the liquids and items you think you may need.

1st aid station                    6.5 ish km (For Fox Den 10 too) 

2nd aid station                  17 ish km

3rd aid station                   21 ish km
