Mightyloc™ 9025AB is a structural, 2-part Methyl Methacrylate Adhesive (MMA) which provides cost effective solutions for metal bonding, replacing troublesome and unsightly processes like riveting and tack welding et cetera. It provides excellent adhesion when used on stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel and most other metals commonly used in metal fabrication industries. As there is no through hole punching compared to riveting, there is no worries of water seepage, and at the same time eliminates the need for an additional process of applying silicone over riveted spots. Besides the excellent adhesion when bonding similar substrates, Mightyloc™ 9025AB also exhibits exceptionally high adhesion and reliability when bonding dissimilar metals as well. This provides more superior weight distribution, minimizing localized stress built-up as compared to spot or tack welding.
