Bond Portfolio Manager (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal data entrusted to us by users (“you” or “User”).
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (collectively, the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the App and any associated services (the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
For purposes of this Agreement:
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
“Processing” includes collection, recording, storage, retrieval, use, disclosure, or deletion of data.
“Third-Party Services” means external service providers including, but not limited to, Google Firebase and associated cloud infrastructure.
“Account” means a registered user profile used to access the Service.
We collect and process data strictly to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
You may voluntarily provide:
Email address (for authentication and account management)
Financial portfolio data, including:
Bond or treasury bill identifiers
Face values, coupon rates, and purchase costs
Investment timelines (issue dates, maturity dates)
We may automatically collect:
Device and system information (device type, OS version)
Log and diagnostic data (crash reports, usage activity)
Unique identifiers
User preferences and settings
Aggregated and anonymized usage analytics
Pre-registration usage data (where applicable)
Data is collected through:
Direct user input
Authentication services
Background analytics and monitoring systems
Automated logging mechanisms
We process your data for legitimate business purposes, including:
Provision and maintenance of the Service
Calculation of financial metrics (returns, yields, performance)
Synchronization across devices
Security monitoring and fraud prevention
Performance optimization and debugging
Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
We do not process Personal Data for advertising purposes.
Your data is stored using commercially reasonable safeguards, including:
Secure cloud infrastructure

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that:
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Upon account deletion

Upon confirmed deletion request:

Restoration after deletion is not possible
The App may utilize limited tracking technologies strictly for:

Error detection
Usage analytics
No tracking is used for targeted advertising.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is identified, it will be promptly deleted.
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time.

App store listings
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
For inquiries, complaints, or data requests:
between you and the App regarding use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements.
