We may collect this information using cookies, SDKs, in-App tracking tools, and other technologies, as explained below under the section "Does BONCK use cookies, tags, pixels, web beacons, analytics and related technologies for online advertising and other purposes?". Information collected through BONCK.com or BONCK Apps may be stored and processed by Bonck America Corporation. We do this to better understand and serve you. BONCK sometimes supplements this information with additional data supplied by third parties. BONCK may share this data with our service providers so that they may provide data hosting, processing, analysis, and related services to BONCK.

The following sections describe further details of types of information that may be encompassed within a user profile. BONCK and selected service providers or partners – including marketing, advertising, surveys, and events companies - may also use the information you provide to conduct promotional, customer satisfaction, or product support activities on our behalf or as part of a joint event or promotion between BONCK and that company. BONCK may also use data hosting and processing service providers to support these activities, as well as external tools to help us learn more about consumer behavior, marketing email open/click rates, in-App ad engagement metrics, and so forth. In addition, we may acquire data from third-party sources, such as consumer research firms, in order to supplement the information that we collect from you. For further information on how our websites and Apps may use third-party cookies, SDKs, and related technologies to support its marketing and advertising activities online and in-App, please see the section below entitled "Does BONCK use cookies, tags, pixels, web beacons, analytics and related technologies for online advertising and other purposes?". You may also receive transactional messages from BONCK such as order confirmations, service or software updates, and in-App purchase receipts. You are not required to subscribe to receive those messages to purchase a product from BONCK or use BONCK Apps. You may choose to unsubscribe by following the instructions included in those messages; by navigating to the BONCK unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism; by changing your preferences in your account settings (including App notification settings); or you can submit a request.
Loyalty programs (including in-App)
BONCK may offer its customers the opportunity to participate in loyalty programs that offer discounts, coupons, or other incentives, which may be accessible through our website or BONCK Apps. While these programs are entirely optional and participation is not a requirement for purchasing from BONCK or using BONCK Apps, they require the collection of certain personal information from you if you do choose to participate. The information collected for purposes of enrolling and participating in a BONCK loyalty program may include your name, address, email address, phone number, age/date of birth, BONCK product information, your user profile data, order information (including in-App purchases), purchase history, App usage data, and additional personal information you choose to provide. This information may be shared with service providers or partners of BONCK to manage loyalty programs on our behalf. BONCK may also use data hosting and processing service providers to support these activities. You may end your participation in a BONCK loyalty program by following any steps set forth by the applicable loyalty program rules, which may include adjusting settings within the App or submitting a request.
Social media (App-related)
Some of our websites and BONCK Apps include social media features and links, such as a social bar with icons that link to the BONCK presence on particular sites (for example, the BONCK page on Facebook, the BONCK feed on Twitter). These features may collect your IP address, information on the page/screen of our website or App you are visiting, and may set a cookie or use in-App tracking tools to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets either are hosted by another company or are hosted directly on our site or within our App. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it. You may also be able to access certain BONCK website experiences and App account information by signing on through various social media sites such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Twitter, etc. (often referred to as "social login"). If you choose to sign on using these services, BONCK may collect certain information from your social media account, including your public profile, email address, age/date of birth, contact lists, interests, likes, and current city. BONCK may link to, or otherwise include this information in your BONCK user profile and we may use this information for marketing-related purposes. The specific types of information provided may depend on the privacy settings of your social media account. Please see the privacy statements of your applicable social media services for further details.
Community sites, blogs and discussion forums (App-related)
If you choose to participate in a BONCK blog, chat room, discussion forum, or community site (each a "Discussion Forum"), including those accessible within BONCK Apps, the information you provide there will be made available to others, inside and outside BONCK, who have access to that Discussion Forum. Posting messages to a Discussion Forum means that you are authorized to post such information and acknowledge that BONCK (a) is not obligated to handle the information as confidential and (b) is free to use such information for any purpose. Discussion forums may be hosted by non-BONCK organizations and may have additional rules. Each participant's viewpoint is their own and does not represent BONCK.
Testimonials
BONCK sometimes displays product reviews, testimonials, and other endorsements of satisfied customers on our sites and within BONCK Apps. Our service providers often manage these reviews and related website/App features. With your consent, we may post your comments along with your name. If you want to update or delete your comments, you can submit a request.
Employment applications
You may choose to provide BONCK with personal information when you express an interest in employment opportunities at BONCK, such as by submitting an application or resume through our websites or BONCK career-focused Apps. The information we collect from you will be made apparent at the time you submit your application and will include such things as name, contact information, background, education, employment history, and other information normally used to evaluate candidates for employment opportunities. We will use this information only to evaluate your employment candidacy, and will share it only with those service providers who support these activities, such as candidate search firms working on behalf of BONCK; and background screening companies to help vet a candidate’s application. BONCK may use service providers to help process and manage the information it collects in this context, including BONCK business and corporate services. We may also supplement an employment application received with additional information found via public resources, such as LinkedIn profiles.
Business partner relationships
If you represent a BONCK business partner (that is, a distributor or reseller of BONCK products), you will have access to a website specially for BONCK business partners such as the BONCK Partner Hub, which may also be accessible via a dedicated BONCK Partner App. These sites/Apps may be governed by separate privacy statements and terms of use. We may use personal information you choose to provide via such sites/Apps to administer and develop our business relationship with you, and the company you represent. For instance, this may involve using your information to send you details of BONCK business partner programs. It may also include sharing certain information with other business partners (subject to any confidentiality obligations that may exist), or BONCK customers or prospects. Along with a particular transaction or program, we may also contact you as part of customer satisfaction surveys or for market research purposes. The information used for this purpose may be shared with service providers who help us administer these sites/Apps or relationships, such as data hosting and processing companies; and advertising, marketing, events, and survey partners so that they may execute sales, promotions, or survey research on our behalf.
Supplier administration
If you represent a BONCK supplier, you will have access to a website specially for BONCK suppliers, which may also be accessible via a dedicated BONCK Supplier App. We may use the information provided on that site/App in connection with entering into or performing a transaction with you. For example, this may include sharing information with other departments of BONCK, BONCK's business partners, customers, shipping companies, financial institutions, postal or government authorities involved in the fulfillment of a transaction. It may also be used to administer and develop our relationship with you, the supplier you represent and/or other BONCK suppliers generally.
Mergers and acquisitions
Circumstances may arise when BONCK decides to sell, purchase, merge, or otherwise reorganize businesses in some countries. You will be notified via email, a prominent notice on our website, and/or in-App notifications of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal information to prospective or actual purchasers, or receiving it from sellers.
Compliance-Related Data Disclosure
We may disclose personal information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes, or to respond to legal requests and legal processes. We may also disclose personal information to enforce our rights or defend against legal claims. In such cases, we will provide you with notice of the intended purpose of the disclosure and ask for your consent to the disclosure, where required by law. If you do not consent to the disclosure, you may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal obligations. We may also use third-party service providers to help us enforce our rights, such as data hosting and processing companies, and to protect our websites, Apps, and services. We may also use third-party service providers to help us comply with legal requirements, such as auditing and regulatory compliance.
Legal requirements and to enforce our rights
It is possible that personal information will be subject to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, orders, or criminal and anti-fraud investigations. Therefore, when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, we may disclose personal or other information to regulatory or government authorities, courts of law, tribunals, and law enforcement agencies. We may also need to disclose personal or other information to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate theft or fraud (including in-App fraud). In addition to the above, there may be circumstances that require us to disclose your personal information to other parties, including but not limited to legal advisers or debt collection agencies.
Does BONCK use cookies, tags, pixels, web beacons, analytics, and related technologies for online advertising and other purposes?
As is true of most websites and mobile Apps, we do use and allow specific partners to use cookies, clickstream capture, pixels, web beacons, web collection forms, SDKs, in-App tracking tools, and other similar technologies (collectively, "Automated Collection Tools") on BONCK website and App experiences to collect certain information automatically. We use these tools and the information they collect to help us provide better customer service, improve the user experience of our website and Apps, and deploy and understand the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing efforts (including in-App ads). For example, we keep track of the domains from which visitors come to our website, the sources from which users download our Apps, and we also track visitors’ activities on BONCK websites and users’ in-App activities (such as screen navigation, feature usage, and ad interactions). BONCK or others on our behalf may use this data to analyze trends and statistics, improve our websites and Apps, and deliver advertising.
Cookies, pixels, SDKs, and online/in-App advertising
To offer and provide a customized website and App experience, BONCK may use Automated Collection Tools such as cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and SDKs to store and help track information about you. Where required by applicable law, BONCK will acquire consent from you prior to using non-essential cookies during your BONCK website experience and/or non-essential SDKs or tracking tools in our Apps, and/or will offer you the opportunity to choose types of cookies, SDKs, or tracking tools you wish to enable or disable. Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. For Apps, SDKs and in-App tracking tools collect data directly from your device, such as device identifiers, usage patterns, and interaction data. BONCK uses cookies, SDKs, and other Automated Collection Tools to help remind us who you are, to help you navigate our sites during your visits, and to personalize your App experience (such as saving in-App preferences or shopping cart contents for you so you will not have to re-enter them each time you use the App). BONCK uses these Automated Collection Tools for the following purposes:
Ø Essential (that is, strictly necessary) cookies/SDKs: These are necessary for the website or App to function properly and securely and, therefore, cannot be switched off. Without these, the website or App you are requesting would not be able to provide essential functionalities (such as secure log-in, completing checkout/in-App purchases, or allowing you to select cookie/SDK preferences) or display appropriate content.
Ø Analytics (for example, performance) cookies/SDKs: These collect statistical information that helps BONCK to measure, optimize and improve the content, quality, and performance of its websites and Apps (including tracking in-App load times, crash reports, and feature usage rates).
Ø Social media & advertising cookies/SDKs: These are set by BONCK and select partners and are used to build a profile to deliver targeted advertising on non-BONCK websites and within other Apps that is more relevant and useful to you. These tools also collect data about your activities on BONCK websites and in-App activities (such as pages/screens visited, ads clicked, and time spent on features) so that, for example, we may retarget to you across partner sites/Apps with offers and promotions related to your interests. BONCK may link data collected by these tools to other data you have already submitted to us (for example, your email address).
Ø Session replay tools: These allow website and App operators to gather user experience research to show how sites and Apps are being used, and what improvements should be made to the sites, Apps, and users’ experiences on them. They basically record or recreate a user’s journey through the website or App. These tools are designed and implemented so that they either do not collect or instead mask personal information of users.
We also use Automated Collection Tools to determine relevant interest-based advertisements to serve the user on websites and within Apps. For this purpose, BONCK may use services hosted by companies such as Google Analytics for Display Advertisers, Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Adform, Google Analytics Demographic and Interest Reporting, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Tiktok to help us understand our customers' use of our websites and Apps; to match certain data about our customers, uses of our websites, and social media engagement; and to deliver and manage interest-based advertisements (including in-App ads). These services may collect information, such as an IP address, device identifier, or usage data, sent by your browser or via cookies/SDKs. BONCK may also share certain limited (often hashed) information, including email addresses if you have opted in to receive marketing communications, with our ad partners so that they may provide these services to BONCK. In addition, Automated Collection Tools allow us to measure website and App trends and traffic patterns, such as which areas of the BONCK site you visited, which App features you used, and which site/App you came from; to reduce customer frustration and simplify site/App navigation; to help design our site/App to make it more efficient and enjoyable; to make product recommendations; to deliver a BONCK product advertisement while browsing a website or using another App; and to prevent fraud (including in-App payment fraud). BONCK and our service providers, including Google and DoubleClick, use cookies/SDKs to report how your ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to our website or use of our Apps. If you do not want to have this information used for serving you interest-based ads, you may opt-out by following the steps below. Automated Collection Tools can be managed in various ways. Opt out of interest-based ads by following these steps:
Disabling cookies/SDKs and managing tracking:
Ø For websites: Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies by default. However, if you prefer not to store cookies, you can choose to set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, refuse to accept cookies, delete cookies after visiting our site, or browse using your browser’s anonymous usage setting (called "Incognito" in Chrome, "InPrivate" for Edge, "Private Browsing" in Firefox and Safari, etc.). Note that some features of BONCK websites may not work if you do not accept cookies.
Ø For Apps: You can manage SDK and in-App tracking preferences through the "Privacy" or "Advertising" settings within the BONCK App, or via your device’s operating system settings (such as iOS App Tracking Transparency or Android’s Ads Personalization settings). Disabling certain SDKs or tracking tools may limit some in-App features or personalized content.
Ø Due to the lack of industry standards for handling Do-Not-Track signals sent by browsers or devices, BONCK websites and Apps may not respond to such requests.
Ø Opting Out via BONCK Tools: To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data for behavioral or targeted advertising, (1) use the Cookie Consent Tool on BONCK’s website to disable Social Media & Advertising cookies, (2) adjust the advertising/tracking preferences in your BONCK App account settings, and (3) complete and submit the Privacy Request form.
Ø Opting out using tools provided by third parties: For guidance on how to control or delete cookies, or how to opt-out of receiving certain targeted ads based on your browsing history or in-App activity, we recommend that you visit the following websites:
① Network Advertising Initiative (www.networkadvertising.org/choices/)
② Your Ad Choices, powered by Digital Advertising Alliance (www.aboutads.info)
③ All About Cookies (www.allaboutcookies.org)
④ Your Online Choices ([www.youronlinechoices.eu](www.youronlinechoices.eu))
If you would like to opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertisers and/or opt out of the customized Google Display Network, you may do so by visiting Google's Ads Preferences Manager. You may also wish to utilize the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt-out of Google Analytics. For information on how to manage in-App ad tracking on your mobile device, refer to your device’s help menu or product manual (e.g., iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android Settings > Google > Ads > Ad personalization).
Effect of opting-out:
Your cookie/SDK selections are specific to the device, website, and browser/App you are using, and are deleted whenever you clear your browser’s cache or reset your App preferences. If you use another device or browser/App, you will need to opt out on each device and browser/App. Blocking or clearing cookies from your browser, or resetting App settings, may remove your opt out settings, requiring you to opt-out again. After you have opted out, you may still see advertisements for BONCK products because not all advertisements are placed using cookies/SDKs or personal information. For example, you may see contextual ads online or in-Apps such as those based on the topic and content of a webpage or App screen you visit. Other advertisements are published to third-party websites/Apps and are visible to all visitors/users of that website/App.
Local Storage Objects (App-related)
Additionally, BONCK website and App experiences may use local storage objects (LSOs) such as HTML5, SharedPreferences (Android), or UserDefaults (iOS) provided by service providers and partners of BONCK to store content information and preferences on your device. Various browsers and mobile operating systems may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LSOs or App-specific local storage data.
Web beacons and other technologies (App-related)
BONCK websites and Apps also use web beacons (for websites) or similar technologies such as in-App event trackers or JavaScript (for Apps) to better tailor those sites and Apps to provide a better user experience. These technologies may be used in several pages/screens across BONCK websites and Apps. When a visitor accesses these pages or a user navigates to these App screens, a non-identifiable notice of that visit/navigation is generated. This may be processed by us or by our service providers. These web beacons or in-App trackers usually work in conjunction with cookies/SDKs. If you turn off cookies or disable SDKs, web beacons and in-App trackers will still detect visits to these pages or App screens, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie/SDK information and are disregarded.
Personalized URL links and in-App deep links
Occasionally, we may personalize and customize websites and App experiences for certain visitors/users. If you visit one of these sites or click on a personalized in-App deep link, you may find it customized with references to products and/or services that we believe may be of interest to you, based on your previous interactions with BONCK (including website visits and App usage) and information you have provided to us. While you are visiting these websites or using the customized App features, we may collect information about your visit/usage to better tailor the site/App to your interests. An invitation to visit one of these websites or access customized App features can be presented as a personalized URL in an email, a notice on a website registration page, or a deep link in an in-App notification.
Does BONCK sell my personal information?
BONCK does not sell (as "sell" is traditionally defined) personal information of customers of any age. Some privacy laws, however, classify certain sharing of personal information for advertising purposes as a "sale" even though recipients of the data are subject to contract terms with BONCK that severely limit their rights to use and retain the information that BONCK shares with them. In the 12 months prior to the publication of this Statement, BONCK has shared to advertisers, ad networks, advertising partners, and advertising measurement providers, pursuant to written contracts, the following categories of personal information:
Ø Identifiers including, device identifiers, IP addresses, browser cookies, App-specific unique identifiers, and other unique online identifiers;
Ø Internet activity information including data about a consumer’s interaction with an Internet website, application, service, or advertisement (including in-App interactions and ad engagement);
Ø User Profile information including email address, location information, and App usage patterns;
Ø Inferences drawn from Personal Information, including preferences, interests, and other data used to personalize a consumer’s experience (including website and App experiences).
BONCK shares these categories of personal information with BONCK's third-party service providers and partners for cross-contextual behavioral advertising purposes, to target ads (including in-App ads), to provide analytics and reporting related to the effectiveness of advertising, to support our products, websites, and Apps, and/or to provide additional services to BONCK and its customers and product/App users. In doing so, BONCK takes appropriate steps to ensure that these service providers and partners meet our standards of robust privacy and strong security.

BONCK is a global organization with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. Therefore, where permitted by law, we may share your personal information within BONCK (including to subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent companies) or our service providers and business partners and may transfer it to countries in the world where we do business (including, but not limited to, the United States of America and China). This includes personal information collected through BONCK Apps. Regardless of where your information is transferred to and resides, our privacy and security practices are designed to provide protection for your personal information globally. Some countries have privacy laws that are not equivalent to privacy laws in your own country and your data could be requested by law enforcement agencies in those jurisdictions. In such countries, BONCK will still handle information in the manner we describe here and will take such measures as necessary to comply with applicable data protection laws when transferring and processing your information. Where required, BONCK will also maintain agreements between BONCK group companies or with BONCK partners or service providers to govern the transfer, processing, and protection of personal information. BONCK uses Standard Contractual Clauses as one means to help effectuate transfers of personal information including from and within the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
How long will my personal information be retained?
BONCK intends to retain information, including personal information, only when necessary for business or other compelling purposes; and to securely delete personal information when those purposes of use have been satisfied. We will retain your information, including personal information collected through websites, Apps, and offline interactions, for as long as any of the following circumstances apply:
Ø Your account or subscription (including App accounts) is active
Ø To provide you with services or support that you may have requested (including App-related support)
Ø To ensure required functionality and performance of BONCK Products, websites, and Apps, including responsibilities under our product warranties
Ø To comply with applicable laws, including for tax and audit purposes
Ø To enforce our rights, including litigation and debt collection
How is my information protected?
We use standard technical and organizational measures when we transmit information from our websites and Apps to our servers, when we store data, and when we share it with third parties. For example, we use encryption as necessary while transmitting sensitive information (such as payment details for in-App purchases) to keep your information secure. When sharing your information with third parties (including App service providers and payment processors), we will take reasonable and appropriate steps to contractually require that such parties will protect and use your information responsibly. However, please remember that no website, App, service, or data transmission can be guaranteed to be one-hundred percent secure. As a result, while we take appropriate steps to protect your information, BONCK cannot ensure or otherwise guarantee the security of our websites, Apps, or any information you provide to us. By using our websites or Apps, you do so at your own risk.
What are my data protection rights?
Applicable data protection laws may give you the right to control our use and processing of your personal information (including information collected through Apps). These may include the right to:
Ø Request confirmation, access to and a copy of your personal information
Ø Request rectification or erasure of your personal information
Ø Object to processing of your personal information
Ø Restrict processing or to opt-out of any sale of your personal information
Ø Data portability (including the right to receive your App-related data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format)
Where we use your personal information with your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time, though this will not affect our use of your personal information prior to the withdrawal of your consent. You may review, correct, or delete certain personal information via your BONCK account (including App account settings) if you have one. To exercise your rights as described above, submit a privacy request. We will review, respond, and act upon any such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please note that we will take steps in accordance with applicable law and our privacy and security standards to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or otherwise complying with your request. If you have a BONCK account (including an App account), we may verify your identity by requiring you to sign in to your account. If you do not have a BONCK account, or an email address on file with us, then we may request additional information from you in order to verify your identity. Please note that if you do not have an account with BONCK, or an email address on file, or if we are unable to verify your identity in our records, we may deny your request. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request under this section on your behalf. If you choose to have an authorized agent submit such a request on your behalf, BONCK will require: (i) You to provide the authorized agent written permission to do so; and (ii) your agent to verify their identity and qualifications directly with BONCK. BONCK may deny a request from an agent that does not meet these requirements.
