We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites Madison Downtown (440 West Johnson Street) which is a 10 minute walk from Grainger Hall. The nightly rate is $139 (plus tax). We will try to facilitate room-sharing amongst admitted students who are interested in doing so.
Please do not reserve a room until you have been admitted. Reservations may be made by calling the Hampton Inn & Suites Madison Downtown direct at 608-255-0360 and mentioning the Behavioral Operations Management Summer Institute group block.
Guestroom blocks will be held until May 2, 2025.

Airports
The Madison airport (MSN) is approximately a 15 minute Uber/Lyft/Taxi ride from campus.
The next closest airports are Milwaukee (MKE; about 1.5 hours drive) and Chicago (ORD; about 2.25 hours drive). There are some limited bus options from these airports to campus (see Van Galder and Badger Bus)
