This Privacy Policy describes how Bomber Man ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Bomber Man:

- Does not require an account or sign-in of any kind

- Does not connect to the internet or any remote server

- Does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs of any kind

- Does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or files

- Does not collect device identifiers, usage statistics, or crash data

- Does not use cookies or any similar tracking technology

All gameplay data (such as your current score, level, and lives) is held only in the app's temporary memory while you are playing and is discarded when the app is closed. Nothing is saved to a server, and nothing leaves your device.

2. PERMISSIONS

The App requests a single device permission:

- VIBRATE — used only to provide short haptic feedback when a bomb explodes or the player is hit. This permission does not grant access to any personal information and is used purely for on-device haptic effects.

No other permissions are requested. The App does not require internet access to function.

3. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Because Bomber Man collects no personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). The App contains no chat, social, or purchasing features.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Bomber Man does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or data-collection services. No data is shared with any third party because no data is collected in the first place.

5. DATA SECURITY

Since no personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted by the App, there is no personal data at risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss through your use of the App.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Because we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no personal data associated with you for us to access, correct, export, or delete. If you have any questions about your data, you are welcome to contact us using the information below.
