Depending on your device, the App may request:

We do not access your camera or gallery for browsing your private photos unless a feature you use explicitly requires picking an image (if enabled in your version of the App).

4. AI generation — important notice
When you generate an image:
Your prompt, style settings, and account ID are processed by our servers and AI infrastructure to create the image.
Generated images may be stored in cloud storage linked to your account so they appear in your Library.
Do not submit prompts that contain sensitive personal data (passwords, financial data, government IDs, private addresses of others, etc.).
You are responsible for using AI features lawfully and respectfully. Do not request illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
AI outputs may be imperfect or unexpected. Generated content is provided “as is.”
5. Wallpaper content from third parties
The App displays photos sourced from Pexels (and may credit photographers). Use of those images is subject to Pexels’ terms and licenses. We do not claim ownership of third-party stock photos.
6. Third-party services
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for their own products:

7. Advertising
Bogata Pixel may show banner and interstitial ads using Google AdMob.
Ads may use:
Device advertising identifiers
IP address / approximate location (as processed by Google)
Interaction and performance data
You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (e.g. “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android, or Apple Tracking / App Tracking Transparency settings on iOS where applicable). Even if you opt out of personalized ads, you may still see contextual or non-personalized ads.
Where required by law (e.g. certain regions), we or our partners may request consent before personalized advertising.
8. How we store and protect data
Account and library data are stored with our backend providers (including Supabase cloud storage/database).
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the service (HTTPS, access controls, provider security practices).
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention:
We retain account data and generated library content while your account is active. Crash logs and ads data are retained according to Google/Firebase policies. If you delete your account, we remove associated library records and stored wallpaper files as described below, subject to backup/legal exceptions.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your account from the App’s Profile section (Delete Account).
When you delete your account, we aim to:
Delete your generation records from our database
Remove associated AI wallpaper files from our storage
Sign you out of the App
Some data may remain temporarily in backups or logs, or where we must keep it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. Ad and crash platforms may retain data under their own policies independently of your App account.
After deletion, AI generation and cloud library features will no longer be available until you create a new account.
10. Children’s privacy
Bogata Pixel is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at zainabiden840@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
If you offer the App in regions with higher age gates for AI or ads, follow local store and legal requirements.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data / account
Object to or restrict certain processing
Data portability (where applicable)
Opt out of sale/sharing of personal information for advertising (where “sale”/“sharing” is defined by law — we do not sell data for money; ad partners may process identifiers for personalized ads)
To exercise rights, email [YOUR_SUPPORT_EMAIL] or use in-App account deletion.
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
12. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live (including where Supabase, Google, and AI providers operate). Those countries may have different data-protection laws. We rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers and applicable legal mechanisms.
13. Data we do not collect (clarifications)
Unless you voluntarily include it in a prompt or support email, we do not intentionally collect:
Payment card numbers (no in-app purchases declared in this policy version)
Precise GPS continuous tracking for mapping
Your contacts, SMS, or microphone audio
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or store listing where appropriate.
