a) Local Processing (CV Maker, Image Tool, PDF Converter): When you use these features, you may provide personal details, photographs, or documents. This data is processed locally on your device only. We do not collect, store, or transmit your files or personal data to our servers.
b) Visa Verification & Embassy Info: For visa checking, you may enter details like passport numbers or application IDs. This information is used solely to fetch data from official government portals and is not stored or recorded by ourApp.
c) Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous data (e.g., features used, device model, general location) to improve the App.
d) Push Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) which generates an anonymous token to send updates. This does not identify you personally.
2. How We Use Your Information
* To Provide Features: To fetch notices, verify visas, calculate currency rates, and provide embassy contact details.
* Local Tools: To enable image editing, PDF conversion, and CV creation on your device.
* Improvement: To analyze which features (like the Currency Calculator or Visa Check) are most used to enhance user experience.
* Offline Access: Notification history and certain tool data are stored locally on your device for your convenience.
3. The App uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
* Google Play Services & Firebase: For analytics and notifications.
* External Portals (Visa Verification): When verifying visas, the App connects to official government/third-party websites. Your data handling there is governed by their respective policies.
* Currency Data APIs: We fetch real-time rates from public/third-party APIs. No personal data is shared with these providers.
* Chrome Custom Tabs: External links are opened via a secure browser framework.
4. Permissions Requested
* INTERNET: To fetch BOESL updates, visa status, embassy info, and currency rates.
* POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To send you alerts.
* CAMERA (Optional): To take photos for the CV Maker or Image Tool.
* STORAGE / MEDIA ACCESS (Optional): To save your generated PDFs, CVs, or edited images and to select photos from your gallery.
5. Third-Party Website Interaction
When you use features like "Visa Verification" or tap "Apply," you interact with external websites. These sites may ask for their own permissions. Our App does not control or access the information you submit on these external platforms. Please review the privacy policies of those specific websites (e.g., BOESL or Government Visa Portals).
6. Data Security
We use commercially acceptable means (like Firebase's secure infrastructure) to protect the limited anonymous data we handle. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
7. Children’s Privacy
This App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be notified by posting the new policy within the App.
