I am a tenured associate professor of philosophy at Morningside University.
In May of 2018, I graduated with my Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of South Carolina. I did my undergraduate degrees in philosophy, Spanish, and biology (with minors in theology and chemistry) at Benedictine College.
My primary areas of research are in philosophy of science (especially models and representations) and applied ethics (especially ethics of philanthropy). I am currently working on a book project related to philosophy of meteorology.
I am also interested in other topics, including AI (especially the interplay between science and artificial intelligence), philosophy of medicine (especially cancer), philosophy of soil science, and others.
To follow my research and teaching, you can follow me and my work on Academia.edu, Philpapers, ORCID, Research Gate, and Google Scholar.
