Many people think pain is inevitable when we get older.

And who don’t have hours to spend in the gym, but still want to include more self-care in their daily life.
And I certainly don’t want you to put your life on pause while we’re working together.
This is why I love working one-to-one. We’ll figure out together a realistic and sustainable pace for you.
We’ll take baby steps in the right direction, and build on it over time.
I believe that too many people are held back by their belief that it takes too much effort to take better care of themselves.
I have worked with dozens of people over the last 7 years who put their well-being on hold to look after their family or build their career.
I saw how quickly they were able to fix their sleep schedule, and find relief from chronic pain and stress, with just a few changes to their daily routine.
I want to use my expertise to help you find the 80/20 of your self-care: the 20% of effort that will improve your life by 80%.
Because I want you to have enough time to integrate your new habits into your life.
This is a not a crash diet, we are thinking long term. There's no point in following all your habits perfectly for 2 weeks and then giving it up entirely.
With 90 days, you will have the time to fully immerse yourself in the process, find a routine you love and that you will be excited to keep doing for a long long time!
After the 90 days, you will have the option to stay within Yoga with Clem to keep benefitting from my support and refresh your yoga practice.
An initial call where we’ll figure out what you are struggling with the most (lack of mobility, pain, poor sleep, chronic stress).
Monthly yoga classes: adapted to your goals, needs and abilities. Everything can be done online, but if you are in Frankfurt we can meet in-person.
Weekly Check-ins: so we can review your week and so I can make any adjustments to your program required. Most importantly so we can make sure you are taking action and if you’re not, then come up with solutions (key to results and most important part of coaching)
Personal Routine: we will create a routine for you and I'll assign you workouts to do on your own, depending on your goals and possibilities.
Accountability calls: to keep you on track and adjust if needed.
