This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Channa Bandara, operating as odesione Studio ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Bodima mobile application ("App", "Bodima").

By downloading, installing, or using Bodima, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

By using Bodima, you voluntarily provide written consent for the processing of your Personal Information as specified in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

When you sign in with Google, we collect:

If you post a property listing, we collect:

• Gender preference for tenants

Sign out of the app or uninstall it to stop data collection

7.5 Opt-Out of Notifications

Disable push notifications in:

• iOS: Settings > Bodima > Notifications

• Android: Settings > Apps > Bodima > Notifications

7.6 Limit Location Access

Change location permissions in your device settings at any time

8. Children's Privacy

Bodima is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.

9. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

• With Other Users: Property owners can see inquiries from property seekers (via chat). Contact information is only visible when you choose to share it.

• For Safety: To protect against fraud, abuse, or threats to user safety

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside Sri Lanka, including:

• Google Cloud (Firebase) servers in the United States and Asia

• Cloudinary servers globally

By using Bodima, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app
