Bodham Parish Council are pleased to have been able to make improvements to the car park adjoining the Village Hall. We are delighted that all ten car parking spaces have been retained, and we are especially grateful to those who have supported this work.
The new cycle rack was generously donated by Broadland Housing Association, and the paint for the fencing was kindly provided by Richard McColl Joiner. The Parish Council would like to record our thanks to both for their contributions. We would also like to extend sincere thanks to the Parish Council volunteers who dedicated many hours of their time painting the fence. Thanks to this combined effort, the improvements have been delivered at no cost to residents.
Separately, the Parish Council has taken on the temporary running of the Village Hall following the folding of the former committee. An emergency meeting will be held on Monday 22nd September 2025 to elect a new committee.
The Village Hall is a vital community asset, here to bring people together. We look forward to seeing it used as a place for community, not division, and as a hub of positive activity for everyone in Bodham, East Beckham, and West Beckham.
