Overview

This Agreement (the “Terms”) sets out the rules and conditions for your use of the services we provide (the “Service”), including the video social platform Bochat Lite application developed by our team (the “Bochat Lite App”). One party to this Agreement is you, and the other is the Bochat Lite team (“we” or “Bochat Lite”).

Bochat Lite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates. By using the Service, you agree to comply with all terms in this Agreement.

Eligibility

Our services are intended only for users who are 18 years or older. Individuals under 18 should not use our services.

Your Account

You may register and log in using third-party services. Please note that these services have their own privacy policies governing the collection, use, and sharing of personal data.

If you wish to stop using Bochat Lite services and delete your account, we provide assistance via email. Guidance on account cancellation is also available in our Privacy Policy, in the application, or on the official website.

Bochat Lite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for reasons including violation of these Terms, potential harm to Bochat Lite services, infringement of third-party rights, or breaches of law.

User Content

Bochat Lite offers various interactive features such as chat and video services, allowing users to share, publish, or store content, including messages, text, audio, images, applications, codes, or other data (collectively “User Content”). Users can enhance their content using Bochat Lite features like virtual items and share it through the platform. Content shared by other users does not reflect Bochat Lite’s views.

To maintain service operations, data may be stored and processed in servers and systems worldwide, including locations outside your country.

Use of Services

Your access to Bochat Lite Services must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

i. Post, transmit, or store content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy, harassing, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;

ii. Impersonate others, misrepresent affiliations, access another’s account without permission, falsify identity or content, or engage in similar fraudulent actions;

iii. Defame, harass, threaten, or deceive other users, or collect personal data without consent;

iv. Disable, damage, or interfere with security features, content protections, or copyright notices on Bochat Lite Services or User Content;

v. Disrupt the operation of Bochat Lite Services or users’ enjoyment of the Services, including by transmitting malware, viruses, or malicious code;

vi. Manipulate identifiers to conceal the origin of User Content;

vii. Interfere with servers or networks connected to Bochat Lite Services, or violate network procedures and policies;

viii. Circumvent content filtering or access unauthorized areas of Bochat Lite Services.

Virtual Items

When purchasing virtual items (“diamonds”), the price will be displayed and borne by you. Once the transaction is completed, diamonds are added to your account and can be used to buy virtual gifts. Diamonds cannot be converted to cash or any currency.

Only users who are at least 18 or have reached the legal age of majority may purchase diamonds and gifts. All purchases are final, and refunds or cash exchanges are not available.

Termination of Service

Bochat Lite may restrict or terminate your use of services at its discretion, without prior notice, within the limits of the law. This may occur if:

Your behavior violates these Terms or legal provisions;

You commit fraud or abuse the services;

Technical or business considerations prevent continued service provision.

Termination may also affect your ability to use purchased products or services.

Intellectual Property

By sharing content on Bochat Lite’s public platform, you grant Bochat Lite and its licensors a worldwide, free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, distribute, display, perform, or integrate content into other works without additional consent or compensation.

All content on Bochat Lite, including text, data, images, audio, and video, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership or usage rights to such materials.

Disclaimer

You assume all risks when using Bochat Lite Services. Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, and Bochat Lite does not guarantee uninterrupted, accurate, or secure operation. Bochat Lite is not responsible for outcomes arising from use of the Services, including quality or timeliness.

Bochat Lite is not liable for external links accessed through the Services, and content from these links is outside our control. Bochat Lite is also not responsible for interruptions due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, although efforts will be made to reduce impact.

Guarantee

While using Bochat Lite Services, you agree to compensate Bochat Lite, its licensors, partners, affiliates, management, directors, employees, contractors, and suppliers for any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from:

Violations of these Terms or laws;

Infringement of third-party rights;

Misuse of products;

Content or communications transmitted through the products.

Compensation obligations remain even if Bochat Lite is held responsible or penalized legally.

Legal Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from these Terms, including validity or termination, will be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. Arbitration will take place in Singapore and be conducted in English. Follow specified procedures to initiate arbitration.

Modification

Bochat Lite may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using Bochat Lite Services.
