Chen Hollander built Bobi - AI Phone Helper app as a Free app. This service is provided by Chen Hollander at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information, as well as the operational scope, capabilities, and limitations of the AI agent, if anyone decided to use our Service.

1. ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE API & DEVICE CONTROL
This app utilizes the Android Accessibility Service API to function as an autonomous AI phone assistant. The Accessibility Service is core to the application's functionality.
a. What data is accessed and collected?
Through the Accessibility Service, the app accesses:
- UI Elements (text, buttons, structure of the current screen)
- Screenshots of the current screen content
b. How is this data used?
This data is used strictly to allow the AI to "see" your screen and perform complex, multi-step actions on your behalf. The agent is capable of:
- Touching, tapping, and swiping on the screen
- Scrolling through content
- Typing text
- Opening and interacting with other applications
- Displaying pop-up windows to question or confirm actions with you
c. User Control and Overlays
While a session is running, the app displays a system overlay (an app icon) on your screen. You can tap this icon at any time to immediately stop the AI agent's session and halt all automated actions.
d. Data Storage and Sharing
- The screen content, images, screenshots, and UI elements accessed via the Accessibility Service are NEVER saved or stored locally on your device or on our servers.
- This data is transmitted securely to our third-party AI provider (Google / Gemini) solely for the purpose of processing your request in real-time. Anthropic processes this data with a zero-retention policy.
2. MICROPHONE, AUDIO, AND WAKE-WORD CAPABILITIES
The app requires microphone privileges to provide Speech-to-Text (STT) capabilities for your voice commands and Text-to-Speech (TTS) for reading results aloud.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & NETWORK USAGE
The app uses network connectivity to communicate with external APIs to function:
a. Google (Gemini AI)
Your screen content (via Accessibility Service) and your text input are sent to Gemini API to generate responses and determine actions. We configure our usage of Gemini so that your data is not saved by them and is not used to train their models.
4. LOCAL STORAGE & BUG REPORTING (LOG FILES)
The app saves session history and log files locally on your device to maintain the context of active sessions and for troubleshooting.
- These logs remain strictly locally on your device. We do not automatically collect, upload, or transmit these logs to external servers.
- If you experience an issue, you may manually use the "Report Bug" feature. This will open your email client (e.g., Gmail) and attach the latest log file. You maintain full control over whether to send this email to the developer.
5. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The Bobi AI Phone Helper relies on artificial intelligence to interpret screen context and execute actions.
- The AI agent can make mistakes.
- There is no guarantee that the agent will achieve the desired outcome or execute tasks perfectly.
- By using this app, you acknowledge that the AI agent has the ability to interact with your device autonomously, including sending messages, deleting content, or altering settings based on its interpretation of your requests.
- Chen Hollander (the developer) takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any unintended actions performed by the AI agent, loss of data, unintended purchases, messages sent, or any other outcome of an active session. You use this Service entirely at your own risk.
6. SECURITY
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and device access. All communication with third-party APIs is conducted over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
