Bob Gerace

Bob Gerace is a Christian men’s coach, a former SaaS executive, and the founder of Warrior Husband, an international movement focused on restoring marriages and guiding men to lead their families with faith and integrity. Decades of business leadership, personal trials, and a renewed spiritual calling shape his mission. Having faced the 2008 financial crisis and a cancer diagnosis, he now helps husbands build trust, embrace responsibility, and leave a legacy grounded in love and faith.

Roots and Early Ambitions

Born Robert F. Gerace, Sr., in Syracuse, New York, he grew up with a drive to learn and achieve. After graduating from high school, he pursued his education at Hillsborough Community College, later moving on to St. Petersburg Junior College and Tampa College. By the late 1980s, he had completed a dual major in Business and Computer Science at the University of South Florida, combining his interests in leadership and technology.

Building a Vision in Technology

In 1998, he launched Computer Resource Center, LLC, serving major clients in the medical and financial industries. His focus was on creating highly secure, reliable systems, supported by a proprietary infrastructure inside a 32,000-square-foot facility. As the business grew, it expanded into cybersecurity and regulatory compliance to meet changing industry demands.

At its height, the company employed more than 60 professionals in the United States and 50 internationally, supporting hundreds of thousands of field workers for global retail clients. By 2002, the company had reached multi-million-dollar success, and after over 20 years of leadership, he completed a strategic exit from the business.

When Life Tested Everything

The global financial crisis of 2008 brought a sharp downturn, placing heavy pressure on his business. During that same period, he was diagnosed with cancer. The combination of financial strain and serious health challenges created one of the most difficult seasons of his life.

With the support of his wife, Debbie, and a close network of friends, he found strength through prayer and scripture. This time of hardship became a turning point, renewing his faith and shaping a deeper purpose for the future.

From Corporate Success to Ministry Calling

In 2015, he founded Warrior Husband after recognizing a pattern among men who were succeeding professionally but struggling at home. He saw the need for a space where men could grow spiritually, strengthen their marriages, and take ownership of their role as leaders in the family.

The movement is rooted in biblical teaching, mentorship, and structured accountability. He developed practical tools such as the Warrior Sanctification Method, the Six Sanctifying Skills, and the King’s Roadmap to Reconnection. These methods go beyond theory, offering men clear steps to apply in daily life.

Since its start, Warrior Husband has reached more than 10,000 men in over 10 countries. Stories shared in Bob Gerace Reviews highlight how the program has brought clarity, confidence, and connection to husbands and fathers worldwide.

How the Program Works

The journey often begins with Jumpstart, a short-term program designed for moments of crisis. From there, men can enter the Inner Circle, a six-month immersive coaching experience that includes group sessions, personal mentorship, and accountability through Brotherhood groups.

Daily practices involve scripture engagement, reflection, and peer check-ins. Coaching addresses confession, reconciliation, communication, intimacy, and fatherhood. His style is direct but grounded in compassion, encouraging men to confront their challenges and lead with integrity.

Men who complete the program often speak of transformation—moving from distance and conflict to renewed leadership in their homes.

Expanding Influence and Vision

Looking ahead, his plans include launching the Warrior King Network, equipping program graduates to mentor others, establishing coaching hubs, and partnering with churches. He is also increasing the availability of digital resources and live events to reach more men globally.

In 2026, he and Debbie will celebrate 40 years of marriage, a milestone that reflects the very message he teaches—that marriage can endure and flourish with faith, commitment, and intentional effort.

The Heart of His Leadership

His leadership philosophy centers on serving others with humility and spiritual authority. He encourages men to lead through prayer, confession, vision, accountability, and example. Rejecting cultural distortions of masculinity, he points to Jesus as the model of strength balanced with humility.

This framework calls men to place God, family, and marriage first while cultivating emotional maturity, biblical conviction, effective communication, and a consistent prayer life.

A Life Shared with Family

Married to Debbie since 1986, Bob Gerace has built a life centered on shared faith and service. Together, they have supported St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital for over 40 years through financial giving and prayer.

They treasure time spent with their children and grandchildren, and aviation is one of their shared interests. He flies for both enjoyment and reflection, while Debbie offers steady support behind the scenes.
