Greed overcame Bobby, and he hungered for the dark magic that would break the curse so he could take the gem. Bobby went to the dark mage’s den, looking for the spell book. The dark mage was an incredibly clever man. His legend was known far throughout the lands. Bobby knew he would have to be vigilant if he were to be successful. Bobby prepared by watching the mage's habits. He learned that the mage would take a short walk just before sunset. He also learned that the mage would never lock his door but that the entryway was very small. Bobby questioned the legend of the dark mage and thought he was quite odd and foolish. Finally, the night came when Bobby would pull off the heist. The mage left his den as expected. As long as the door remained unlocked, Bobby knew it would be an easy grab and go. Bobby reaches for the door and the knob easily turns, he was in. Bobby entered the den and saw the spell book lying on the table. He couldn't believe how foolish the dark mage would be for leaving the book in plain sight.
