To empower individualized learning, Boardworks resources can be converted from whole-class format to 1:1 by creating a custom video.
To empower individualized learning, Boardworks resources can be converted from whole-class format to 1:1 by creating a custom video.
1. Download "Vidyard" app from Chrome Store.
*You may also choose to use another service such as Screencast-O-Matic, Screencastify, Loom, etc.
2. Create an account using any valid email.
3. Open a desired Boardworks Education lesson.
4. Click on the Vidyard logo in the top-right corner. Then, click "record", and "share entire screen". The recorder will count down and begin recording what is on your screen (as well as your voice, if you choose to speak).
5. When finished, click the Vidyard logo again to end video. Congrats on making a screen cast video!
6. In your Vidyard window, click "copy link" and paste the video wherever you choose to make it available to students (i.e., Google Classroom, Schoology, or uploaded to your YouTube channel).
