申请资格
申请人需符合以下条件：
美国大中小学或相关机构任教的本土中文教师
美国公民或美国永久居留卡持有者
至少三年中文教学经验
有志长期从事中文教学工作
中文非母语者需具备 HSK4级以上水平 或相关证明
根据北京师范大学项目相关规定， 申请人年龄一般在
20-55岁之间 （含）
每位教师三年内只能参加一次本项目资助研修。

申请时间

所有申请人须通过统一的网上平台申请，并选择一个推荐协会
（ NECLTA 或 CLASS) 。
所选协会将负责审核申请材料并安排面试。
申请人可根据会员身份进行选择。若同时属于两个协会， 或不
属于任何协会，可自行选择其中一个协会作为推荐机构进行申请评审。
录取安排
目前-5月3日 报名、录取（随时报名随时录取）
5月：语合网站上登记注册、办理签证及赴华相关手续
为帮助老师们尽早落实暑期安排，同时让协会及主办方能够提前掌握报名情况、有序推进筹备工作，本次研修班将采用 “分批审核、先报先审、额满即止” 的录取方式：
第一批审核：2026年4月15日前提交的申请，将于4月21日前完成审核并发放录取通知；
第二批审核：2026年5月3日前提交的申请，将于5月6日前完成审核并发放录取通知.
每批次审核通过后即发放录取名额，名额满额后报名系统将提前关闭。建议有意参加的老师们尽早提交申请，以便预留充足时间办理相关手续并规划暑期行程。

Number of Participants
The program plans to admit 30 participants.
In principle, NECLTA and CLASS will each recommend 15 participants.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Native Chinese language teachers working at U.S. K-12 schools, colleges, or related institutions
U.S. citizens or permanent residents
At least three years of Chinese teaching experience
Committed to teaching Chinese long-term
Non-native Chinese speakers must have HSK Level 4 or above (or equivalent proof)
According to Beijing Normal University regulations, applicants are generally aged 20–55 (inclusive)
Each teacher may only participate in a funded program once every three years
Reminders
Participants should not bring family members to classes or activities
The program schedule is intensive; participants are expected to complete all assignments and summary reports on time
Application Deadline
Extended to May 3, 2026
All applicants must apply through the unified online platform and select one recommending association (NECLTA or CLASS).
The selected association will review application materials and arrange interviews.
Applicants may choose an association based on membership. If belonging to both associations or none, applicants may select one association as their recommending body for application review.
Admission Process
April 15 -May 3: Submit application and receive acceptance
May: Registration on the YUHE website, visa processing, and preparation for travel to China
To help teachers finalize their summer plans early, and to allow the associations and organizers to manage applications efficiently, the program will use a “first-come, first-reviewed” admission process, with limited spots:
First batch review: Applications submitted by April 15, 2026 will be reviewed by April 21, and admission notices will be issued.
Second batch review: Applications submitted by May 3, 2026 will be reviewed and admission notices issued by May 6. 2026.
Admission will be granted as spots are confirmed. Once all spots are filled, the application system will close early. Teachers are encouraged to submit applications as early as possible to allow sufficient time for visa processing and summer planning.
