1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of the BNS Pro subscription offered within the BNS AI app (“the App”), developed by V PUGAZHENTHI.

2. Subscription Details

• Name: BNS Pro Subscription

• Price: ₹99 (Indian Rupees) per month

• Type: Auto-renewable subscription

• Billing Cycle: Monthly

• Benefits:

  • Remove all ads

  • Unlock offline access

  • Enable bookmarking and sharing features

  • Copy to clipboard feature

• Free Trial (if applicable): If offered, the free trial period will convert to a paid subscription automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

3. Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.

• The subscription automatically renews every month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at ₹99/month.

4. Managing and Canceling Your Subscription

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store.

• If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

• Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

5. Changes to Pricing or Terms

We reserve the right to change the subscription price or benefits. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to cancel before the new terms take effect.

6. No Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact Apple Support directly, as all transactions are processed through the App Store.
