Here are some rules and regulations of our school :

General Conduct

1. Punctuality: Students must arrive at school on time and attend all classes punctually.

2. Respect: All students must treat teachers, staff, and peers with respect and courtesy.

3. Uniform: Students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform every day, keeping it neat and tidy.

4. Behavior: Bullying, harassment, or any form of violence will not be tolerated.

5. Language: Polite and appropriate language must be used at all times. Abusive or offensive language is strictly prohibited.

Attendance

1. Minimum Attendance : Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance for each term to be eligible for exams.

2. Absence: In case of absence due to illness or any other valid reason, a note from a parent/guardian or a medical certificate must be submitted.

3. Leave Application: Any planned leave must be submitted and approved in advance by the class teacher or school administration.

 Classroom Behavior

1. Preparedness: Students must bring all necessary materials (books, stationery) to class every day.

2. Participation: Active participation in class discussions and activities is encouraged.

3. Discipline: Disrupting the class, disrespecting teachers, or engaging in misconduct during lessons will result in disciplinary actions.

4. Homework: Assignments must be completed and submitted on time. Failure to do so may result in penalties.

 Use of Technology

1. Electronic Devices : Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be turned off during school hours, unless permitted for educational purposes.

2. Internet Usage: The school’s internet facilities must be used responsibly for academic purposes. Accessing inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

 School Property

1. Care for Property  : Students are expected to take care of school property, including furniture, books, and lab equipment. Any damage must be reported immediately and may result in fines.

2. Cleanliness : Students must ensure that their classrooms, corridors, and other areas remain clean. Littering is strictly prohibited.

 Examinations and Assessments

1. Integrity : Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty during tests or exams will result in severe penalties.

2. Timeliness : Students must submit projects and assignments within the given deadline.

 Extracurricular Activities

1. Participation : Students are encouraged to take part in extracurricular activities to develop well-rounded skills.

2. Behavior : Good sportsmanship and respect towards coaches and peers must be maintained during all school events.

 Health and Safety

1. Health : Any illness or injury must be reported to the school nurse or appropriate authority immediately.

2. Emergency Procedures : Students must follow all emergency procedures, such as fire drills, and listen carefully to instructions during such situations.

Parental Involvement

1. Communication: Parents/Guardians are encouraged to maintain regular communication with the school to discuss their child’s progress.

2. Meetings : Parents/Guardians are required to attend parent-teacher meetings and other important school events.
