2024

• Prerana Choudhary has successfully defended her doctoral thesis.

• Bhavana Pydah (PhD student) has received an Eklavya-Ignite Grant for international travel between April and June 2024.

• Rashmi Nambiar (PhD student) attended the Paris Spring School for Optical Imaging and Electrophysiological Recording in Neuroscience from 15-28 May.

• Manikrao Thakare has successfully defended his doctoral thesis.

• Radhika Mohandassan has successfully defended her doctoral thesis.

• Dr Gaurav Das, Rashmi, Bhavna, Anindyo, and Tanzeel attended an EMBO workshop titled "Neuropeptides and behavioural flexibility" at NISER-Bhubaneswar, India, from 5-8 December 2024. 

2023

• Our lab has achieved a milestone. Prerana Choudhary submitted the first thesis from our lab in September 2023.

• Radhika Mohandasan (PhD student) attended Cajal advanced training workshop titled "Connectomics from micro- to meso- and macro-scales" at Bordeaux, France from 18th September to 6th October 2023.

2022

• Rashmi Nambiar (PhD student) presented her work at the Indian Neurobehaviour Conference at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) from 19-21 December 2022.

• Dr. Gaurav Das, Manikrao Thakare (PhD student), and Radhika Mohandasan (PhD student) attended Neurofly 2022 at St Malo, France, from 5-10 September 2022. Manikrao Thakare and Radhika Mohandasan both received a travel grant from DBT-CTEP to attend Neurofly 2022 at St. Malo, France.
