Prof. Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Bioengineering at Incheon National University. After obtaining Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Korea University (Advisor: Prof. Yoon), he pursued postdoctoral training under the mentorship of Profs. Jeffrey Karp and Nitin Joshi at Harvard Medical School, focusing on the translational research of medical devices and drug delivery platforms across a wide range of diseases, including neurological diseases and viral infections. His research primarily centers on drug delivery and discovery technologies aimed at addressing unmet clinical needs through the development of biomedical applications, such as biosensing, drug/gene delivery, and drug discovery.
