As with most non-profit youth organizations, we need the help of the local businesses to keep us going. We encourage the parents to support the local businesses that sponsor our league.

Our youth league is comprised of approximately 200 children ranging in age from 6 to 15. The children are divided into five divisions, as well as, travel teams. We have both girls and boys participating. Our goal is to emphasize learning the fundamentals of basketball, promoting sportsmanship, and having fun. Our in-town recreational league ensures that every child is given an equal opportunity to play.

The cost to our league includes, but it is not limited to: gymnasium rental fees, referee fees, insurance, uniforms, trophies, and scholarships for families who cannot afford the fee. It would be impossible for our league to remain operational without the help of our local businesses. We make every effort to keep the amount of our registration fees at a minimum. Businesses, such as yours, allow the BMYBL to remain affordable to all families.

The cost to sponsor a team in our league is $150. With this sponsorship fee we are able to purchase uniform shirts for the players with your business’ name on it. You also will be acknowledged on our website. You will get a plaque with your sponsored team’s picture on it and, if you wish, a link on our website to your website. If you are not in a position to afford a $150 donation this year, we would be grateful for any amount you can offer us.
