create a machine body:
A diagram of machine body is total length 160 mm, inner thin plate 3mm at the sketch mode in as shown fig 4a.After leaving the sketch mode and selecting the feature shaft icon.

The sketch is used as profile, the rotation axis is the z axis .The first angle is set to 360 degree, the second angle is zero degree.Select the sketcher tool to make make the first drawing. In the Sketcher Workbench, select the rectangular tool. Then resize the rectangular length is 200mm and height 20mm. After exit the Sketcher Workbench and make a pad from the Sketch.1 with pad length of -22mm.Done with the pad as shown fig 4d.

To create a fillet, you need to select the edge to be filleted and to enter the fillet radius Enter the fillet radius.Select the edge to be filleted is to select 4 edges elements as shown in fig 4e.after a fillet with radius is 5mm on the vertical edge. To create a hole you need to define its position then its dimensions as shown fig 4.25

To create motor frame:
Select the sketcher tool to make the first drawing. In the sketch to create a circle radius is 120mm and To create line from the stand line up to 32mm .motor frame dimensions 3mm x30mm. to select pad icon and profile select and enter sketch as shown fig 4.27 length is -140mm.

After select ok validate then will come as shown is fig 4.28 this is complete body frame.After complete body frame to create a joint in between body frame and end plate. As the to create hole to adjust the bolts as shown fig 4.29.

Done with the pad, select the upper surface of the part as shown in the figure 4.29 and use the Sketcher tool again. Create a circle at the center of the rectangular element with a diameter of 2.5mm.Then exit the Workbench and make another pad from the Sketch.2 with - 20mm pad length. After to create circular patter icon. Same thing five elements at 45 degree. After the complete circular pattern and to add the color as shown fig 4.30.Finally completed in machine body frame as below fig 4.30.In the final stage the 3D parts design using part design software as that machine body frame is completed.
