The end plates of the motor are mounted on the ends of the frame and the ends plates are held in place by five bolts that pass through the motor frame and as below the table dimension sheet.

Creating end plate:
A drawing of the end plate diameter 90mm and padded as shown in fig 4.19 .Select the Profile sketch to be used for the pad and Select the Pad icon , the length is set 40mm as shown in fig 3a.
To create a chamfer, you need to select the surface to be filleted. Select the edge to be chamfered and select chamfer icon.
Enter the chamfer dimensions.
Select object chamfer face1/pad1 from fig.4.10
Select control and enter length/angle
Select the length and enter 20mm
Select the angle and enter 40deg
Select ok to validate

To create a shell, you need to select the face(s) to be opened then to define the thickness value(s) of the shell enter.Select the face to be opened from fig 3c
Enter the shell dimension
Select face to remove from the chamfer face
Select the inside thickness and enter 1mm
Select the outside thickness and enter 0mm
Select ok to validate to get from fig 3d
After shell complete then to create the end plate dot pocket dimension 5mm x 5mm and select pad icon and profile sketch 4 from as shown fig 3d .Select the type and enter up to last and offset and enter 0.

Next to create rectangular pattern and select the rectangular Pattern icon. Define the pattern parameters , object to pattern is select pocket1 from fig3d
Select the Reference element is x axis
Select Parameters is instance and angular spacing
Select the Instance(s) field and enter 7
Select the spacing field and enter 10mm
After creating in circle radius 21mm and select the pocket icon to select profile sketch and type and enter up to last.

Nuts and Bolts
To create a sketch a bolts and nut. Select the sketcher tool to make the first drawing. In the Sketcher Workbench, select the Hexagon tool. Then resize the hexagon using the Constraint tool at the circle surrounding the hexagon. Adjust the diameter value in the definition box to 3.5mm. After done with the hexagon, exit the Sketcher Workbench and make a pad from the Sketch.1 with pad length of 4mm.Done with the pad, select the lower surface of the part as shown in the figure 4.16 and use the Sketcher tool again. Create a circle at the center of the hexagon with a diameter of 2.5mm.Then exit the Workbench and make another pad from the Sketch.2 with 40mm pad length.

After to create circular pattern icon.
Select the Reference element is z axis
Select Parameters is instance and angular spacing
Select the Instance(s) field and enter 5
Select the Angular spacing field and enter 45deg
Select the layout options and enter radial alignment after is enter ok.
Done with nut and bolts .To add the color as shown in fig 3i. Then finally to get end plate body design.In the final stage the 3D parts design using part design software and the end plate is complete.
