Information for Participants

Conference Location: Barco Law Building, Room 111 and Lobby  

Instructions for Paper Presenters 

Each paper author will have 15 minutes to present their work and 15 minutes for open discussions. Please bring your slides on a USB drive to load before your talk. 

Instructions for Poster Presenters 

We will provide you with an easel, 30×40 inch white poster board, push pins, and tape. You may arrange the poster board either horizontally or vertically. During the time of the poster session, you should be near your poster to answer questions, discuss your project, etc. Also plan to have your poster set up for display on Saturday. This will give participants more time to see your work, although you will not be expected to be next to your poster during the day. 

Transportation and Parking 

• If you need daily campus parking, refer to the policy at https://www.pts.pitt.edu/mobility/parking/visitor-and-daily-parking. 

• If you are staying at the Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center, it takes about 10 minutes to walk (or 3-4 minutes to drive) to the conference building.
