The Bachelor + Master of Management (B+MM) Dual-Degree Program allows students to pair their passion, with their profession. When granted entry into the program, students take business courses that count towards both their Master of Management degree while also taking courses to further their undergraduate studies. After graduating with an undergraduate degree, students then focus on Master of Management courses for six months before graduating with a Master's degree in Management from UBC Sauder's Robert H. Lee Graduate School. 

Almost all undergraduate majors can be paired with the B+MM Program. Program participants study with the top students across all UBC disciplines. From entry into the program until graduation, the Robert H. Lee Graduate School provides career development support, including networking, resume writing, personal and professional development, job search techniques, and mock interview practice to students.
