Hi, I’m Brandon Leporati—a performer, director, and all-around theatre-maker with a passion for telling bold, heart-forward stories that shimmer with spectacle and soul.
I’ve spent over a decade working in nearly every corner of the theatre industry—performing, directing, choreographing, producing, marketing, and even ushering. I graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Supervision and Administration from Florida State College in 2021, and I’m now based in New York City, where I founded The Musical Theatre Performance Academy to increase accessibility to affordable high quality musical theatre training in NYC.
While I’ve fallen in love with creating theatre from the other side of the table, my passion for performing is still front and center. I continue to pursue performance opportunities onstage, with past favorite roles including Joe Pesci/Frankie Valli in Jersey Boys, Cosmo in Singin’ in the Rain, Cat in the Hat in Seussical, and Sonny La'Tierri in Grease. There’s nothing like the rush of a live audience—and I thrive on connecting with people whether I’m in the spotlight or behind the scenes.
As a director and choreographer, I specialize in joyful, high-energy, emotionally-driven work that’s accessible, immersive, and just a little bit extra. I’ve directed countless Theatre for Young Audiences productions with Broadway Kid Stars and schools throughout Northeast Florida. In New York, I’ve worked with Sweet Hospitality Group in some of Broadway’s most iconic venues and serve as Operations Manager of the world-renowned Macy’s Santaland, bringing magic to thousands each holiday season.
Whether I’m performing, creating, or mentoring the next generation of artists, my mission is simple: to make theatre that brings people together, sparks joy, and reminds us all why we fell in love with the stage in the first place.
