Data Manager (2016 – 2018, NC State & Texas A&M University)

1) Collected and analyzed high frequency (10 Hz) carbon dioxide, methane, water as well as energy flux data from multiple AmeriFlux flux tower monitoring sites along the coastal plains of North Carolina using EddyPro, R and Matlab (Ameriflux site codes US-NC1, US-NC2, US-NC3, US-NC4). 2) Developed robust statistical QA/QC protocol to analyze the 30-minute greenhouse gas and meteorological data. Submitted 32 years of Level 1A data from North Carolina core cluster site to US Department of Energy (Lawrence Berkeley National Lab). Researchers all over the world have downloaded these data (https://ameriflux.lbl.gov/data/data-availability/)

3) Developed gross primary productivity and ecosystem respiration products for all the four different land-types across the coastal plains of North Carolina.

4) Developed automation scripts that plots meteorological and greenhouse gas summary files data across the different sites across the coastal plains of North Carolina. These figures were automatically uploaded on website everyday.
