SUMMER PROGRAMMING

The offseason is here and we are excited to release our Summer Programs! We are offering two, phased programs. Although the programs will build off of each other, you can choose to do both or just one! They are each two weeks in length and consist of 6 days total. Groups will be based on registration and experience! Register and receive a $50 credit to purchase SUMMIT SWAG!

Phase 1= Skills & Conditioning (Registration deadline- July 1) 

This phase will consist of 6 sport vision training sessions and 6 on ice sessions! These will be scheduled on the same days. Depending on the ice time, the order of these sessions may vary but you will not have to travel in and out of town! Each day will have a specific focus and all sessions will correspond to that topic. 

The dates are as follows:

• Week 1- July 7,8, & 9

• Week 2- July 14,15 & 16

If you are looking to improve your conditioning, tracking, puck skills and more, this is the program for you! 

Cost= $743 with GST

Phase 2= Tactical & Game situation training (Registration deadline-July 1) 

Taking goalie skills to the decision making and implementation levels! This phase will consist of 6 sport vision training sessions and 6 on ice sessions. These will be scheduled on the same days. Depending on the ice time, the order of these sessions may vary, but you will not have to travel in and out of town! Each day will have a specific focus and all sessions will correspond to that topic. 

The dates are as follows:

• Week 1- July 29,30 & 31 

• Week 2- August 4,5 & 6

If you are needing to understand in-zone plays or increase your decision making while implementing skills, this program is what you are looking for! 

Cost= $743 with GST 

SPRING Drop- In schedule *Register for all skates in a month and save $10/skate!*

20- U15+ ONLY 8-9 pm @ SSC

29- U9/U11 ONLY 5-6 pm @ SSC

JUNE

11- U15+ ONLY 730-830 pm @ SSC

12- U9/U11 ONLY 630-730 pm @ SSC

16- U15+ ONLY 630-730 pm @ SSC

22- U9/U11 ONLY 4-5 pm @ SSC

Private sessions with Bella! These sessions are half hour time slots and limited to 1-2 goalies at a time. Dates are limited and reserved for ELITE goalies only. Please contact Bella to learn more.
