"Freshman RoadMap" is a portal that contains all the different information needed for a freshman to succeed and have a good academic year. After accepting to join BMCC on the CUNY First website one might feel left on your own to figure out what are the next steps are. Plenty of questions without answers that me and my peers went through starting off. In the future by keeping the same structure it could be use on any college campuses and also use as a group discussion for freshman or all.

The problem is that students interested in computer science often have a tough time getting in and learning about programming. This creates a barrier of entry that is hard to surpass by yourself.

We have tried to solve housing resource problem to solve, Our app will help to match roommate from BMCC to find a cheap room through the app. Our app will let people to list their property on the website so students can rent through the app. Also if some from BMCC can offer to help a student who is in emergency like eviction, fire, flood etc, the app has a feature that we could get filtered results according to your preferences like female, male, lgbtq, price range, neighborhood , distance. For example if you need only a female roommate then it only show you the female who is looking for roommate. This app is capable of redirecting some useful website like BMCC housing website. In the future we add more feature to make it available to all CUNY students. We will add features to make payments through website, book places through the website. The app will be able to figure out credibility of person. We will also add the legal help function so some one who need legal help can get through the app from BMCC.

At BMCC there are many students from diverse backgrounds who's first language isn't English, which can cause problems in their learning. What team Bookopedia wants to do is provide a website that has most of the textbooks students need online with translation to their native language. Our goal is to help any student who struggles to find a textbook or read one.
