The onboarding process for BMCC student workers is often complex and inefficient, characterized by excessive paperwork and limited access to information, leading to delays and confusion. By leveraging AI, we can streamline this process by automating paperwork, personalizing training experiences, and centralizing access to resources. This will enhance efficiency and create a supportive environment, helping new hires acclimate smoothly from the start.
