A $30 travel fee for all appointments outside of 45 miles of the zip code 32828. An extra $25 for every 20 additional miles.
$100 Restocking Fee is applicable for any items purchased on clients behalf and canceled services within 24 hours of clients install date/time.
Please note that all quoted prices are starting estimates based on the information provided. While we strive to maintain these initial quotes, final pricing may be subject to adjustment if the actual scope of work is more extensive than initially anticipated. Please have NEW Tv's unboxed and ready for service. We ask that you check your Tv prior to our arrival to ensure your Tv screen is not cracked.
Service Policies:
Please be mindful that all bookings are for a 2 hour time frame so your technician will arrive anywhere within the 2 hours of the time booked.
Please wear a mask prior to technicians entering place of location.
Someone at least 18 years of age must be present at all times on the day of the install services.
Clean and/or clear area of install, If Technician has to Clear work area upon arrival Client will be charged a $50 Fee
Please ensure all pets and children are away from the service location.
Locate the electric panel and ensure that it is cleared of obstruction.
Please No smoking while technicians are on site.
Satisfaction Guaranteed:
No refunds. You have 48 hours to report an issue and it be fixed with no additional charge.
All Deposits are FINAL once paid unless technician cancels appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Polices:
Cancellation: cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations will result in the charge of 50% of price to the card on file.
Reschedule: appointments must be rescheduled within 12 hours of scheduled appointment otherwise 50% of total price will be charged to card on file.
If your technician has to reschedule for any reason, he has up to 8 hours prior to the appointment to do so otherwise your newly scheduled appointment gets 30% off.

4. Inspection
- Our team will conduct a thorough inspection before and after each rental.
- Any pre-existing damage will be documented to avoid any misunderstandings.
5. Damage Assessment
- In the event of damage to the rental equipment or property, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
- You will receive an itemized report and invoice for any deductions.
6. Deposit Refund
- If no damage is incurred during the rental period, your deposit will be refunded in full within [1-5] days after the rental concludes.
7. Cancellation
- Please refer to our cancellation policy for information regarding refunds in case of cancellations.

1. Deposit Requirement:
- A minimum of $150/2hr is required for all handyman Appointments. This means that you should ensure there is at least $150 worth of work or tasks to be completed if you want to book our services. If you don’t meet that requirement then you will be charged a Flat rate of $150
-After an initial two hours of work, a fee of $100 will be required per additional hour.

- The remaining balance of the project cost must be paid upon completion of the work.

4. Liability:
-BMC Luxury Home Improvements is not liable for any damage or issues that occur outside the designated work area.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that personal belongings and valuables are removed from the work area before the project begins.
- BMC Luxury Home Improvements will take reasonable precautions to protect the client's property during the project.
5. Work Schedule:
- A mutually agreed-upon start date and estimated completion date will be provided in advance of the project.
- BMC Luxury Home Improvements will make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, but unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. We will communicate any changes promptly.
6. Cancellations:
- Clients may cancel a project, but the deposit is non-refundable.
- BMC Luxury Home Improvements reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to communicate with the client and reschedule as soon as possible.
7. Warranty:
- We stand behind the quality of our work. BMC Luxury Home Improvements offers a [1]-month warranty on all completed projects. If any issues arise within this warranty period, we will address them promptly.
