The suggested hotel accommodation is at the ABC Hotel. It is located downtown, approximately a 5' walk from the lecture room and another 5' walk from the seafront (in opposite directions).
The cost for a single room with breakfast included is 70 euros/night (contact batakidis@math.auth.gr sending an email entitled "BMC II Hotel" before making your reservation to get the conference reservation code).
You may cancel your reservation without any cost up to 15 days before the arrival date. There is no deadline for reservations as long as there are available rooms (the hotel's capacity is 100 rooms).
To make a reservation send an email to info@hotelabc.gr mentioning your name, arrival & departure dates, the type of room (single/double) that you wish to book and the conference code. You will receive a secure link for an advance (cost of 1 night) on the reservation. The remaining cost will be paid upon departure (except a city tax of 3 euros/room/night that has to be paid on arrival-this is not included in the total price above). Reservations of double rooms with breakfast are at 90 euros/night following the same reservation procedure.

Getting There
The Central Library is located on the main campus of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at the city center of the city of Thessaloniki. The easiest way to get into the campus is by bus. The most convenient bus stop, with main bus options, is the Kamara bus stop. We recommend you to use the android application of OASTH Bus which you can find here. (ATTENTION: You can buy a ticket on the bus but you need coins and the machines do not return change!)
Plane
From Makedonia Airport you can take the bus line 01X (or 01N during the night). For more information visit Makedonias' Airport webpage here. (ATTENTION: You can also take a taxi. The cost is approximately 25-30 euros. Taxis have just started accepting payments by credit card, but we recommend to ask the taxi driver about the ability to pay by credit card and the cost in advance.)
Train
From the National Train Station there are many bus options to the city centre and Kamara bus stop. For example, the bus lines 10, 11, 14, 17, 01X.
