This privacy policy governs your use of the software application BMB Marine Survey & Analytics (hereafter referred to as "the Application") for mobile devices, which was created by com.blanche.maritime.bureau.
The Application operates as a specialized offline technical utility, calculation dashboard, and portfolio directory designed for naval architects, marine surveyors, vessel operators, and maritime safety inspectors.
1.1. Personal Information
The Application does not collect, transmit, harvest, or store any personally identifiable information (PII). Users are not required to create an account, register, or provide any personal data (such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses) to access the core functions of the Application.
1.2. Technical and Device Telemetry
We do not track, collect, or upload device-specific identifiers, IP addresses, browser types, hardware models, or operating system versions. The Application functions strictly within a secure local sandbox on your mobile device.
1.3. Local Computation Data
The Application features interactive engineering utilities, including the Draft Survey & Cargo Estimator and the Safety & Audit Readiness Tracker. All variables, parameters, and checklist inputs processed within these tools are calculated entirely in the volatile active memory (RAM) of your device. This technical data is never saved to a persistent remote database, nor is it tracked by any back-end servers.
To maintain absolute transparency and adhere to the highest security standards, the Application does not require or request access to any sensitive hardware or software permissions, including:
Camera & Microphone
Device Media Storage / Gallery
Fine or Coarse Location (GPS)
Contacts, Accounts, or SMS
2.1. Network Access
The Application features an offline-first architecture. The internet permission (android.permission.INTERNET) is declared solely to support standard operating system components and to invoke external, user-initiated email clients. No data is transmitted in the background.
The Application contains a Dispatch Request Framework.
When you choose to request a surveyor or submit an inquiry, the Application uses a secure, system-mediated Android Intent to package your inputs into a pre-formatted email draft.
This email is addressed directly to our official dispatch desk at technical.desk@bmb-marine.com.
This action is completely transparent and must be manually initiated and sent by you. The Application never sends automated emails or transmits communication logs silently.
We do not integrate any third-party software development kits (SDKs), advertising networks (AdMob, Meta, etc.), tracking pixels, or user behavior tracking tools (such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics). Your interaction with the Application remains strictly private and sandboxed.
Our services do not target or address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Because the Application does not gather any user data, there is no risk of harvesting, storing, or sharing information from minors.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any modifications by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page. These changes become effective immediately upon being published on the designated Google Sites page.
If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy or the localized operations of the Application, please contact our technical compliance desk at:
