Everyone wants to hire the most qualified candidate on paper, however, the two dimensional piece of paper doesn't tell the full story of ones' four dimensional life (their body, mind, spirit, and conscious). Sometimes, like in life, there is a diamond in the rough that can go above and beyond the expectation they are given - those are the kind of people who will change the world of business forever.
Coaching isn't all about the score on the board or the record at the end of the season - coaching is bettering the athlete physically, mentally, and spiritually through character development, interpersonal growth, and lifelong practices. Improving people as people for the long haul.
I have had the pleasure of working with individuals from all different backgrounds, ability levels, and talents.. All individuals deserve to have their backgrounds and cultures celebrated and to have the opportunity to experience the culture of others, as well. Diversity enables the development of social engagement and interactions in a respectful manner in which individuals are able to learn and grow together.
