The list of biomaterials with corresponding dielectric properties can be found in the OA repository - https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7006694
A novel material characterization device for the identification of dielectric properties of the materials have been done and initial version of the work can be retrieved from https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/9814321
The above 4-port Material chacaterisation device is updated in to 2-PORT device capable of working in three different frequency regions. This results is getting ready for publication(will be updated when the publication is ready).
Different biomaterials are identified and their material properties are characterised using the above 2-PORT device. Arecanut palm leaf has been selected for initial microwave studies.Using this naturally available and biodegradable arecanut palm leaf various microwave devices have developed, which includes, transmission lines, Antennas, Filters and RFID. The outcome of these work is presented in European conference on Antennas and Propagation EuCAP-2023.
More results and analyisis can be found in the EUCAP 2023 Paper. DOI: 10.23919/EuCAP57121.2023.10133639
