If you grant contact permissions (e.g., for inviting clients), selected contact details may be read locally to help you send invitations. We do not upload your entire address book.

Provide core app functionality (authentication, trainer/client management, programs, bookings, payments)
Personalize onboarding and role-specific experience
Send reminders or important updates (e.g., upcoming sessions or payments)
Improve reliability and performance (aggregated analytics & crash diagnostics)
Enforce acceptable use and protect platform security
Depending on your jurisdiction, processing is based on: (a) performance of a contract (providing app features), (b) legitimate interests (improving and securing the service), or (c) consent (notifications, contacts access).
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:
Firebase (Google) services for auth, analytics, crash reporting, cloud data storage
Payment processors or third-party billing facilitators (only necessary metadata; we do not store full payment instrument details)
Service providers who assist with infrastructure, error monitoring, or security
Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or enforce policies
Account & profile data: retained while your account is active.
Analytical & crash logs: retained per Firebase standard retention windows.
You may request deletion; certain aggregated or anonymized data may persist.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Requests can be sent to the contact email below. You can:
Disable analytics/crash collection at the OS level (system privacy settings)
Revoke notifications in system app settings
Request account deletion (which deletes associated profile data, subject to legal retention requirements)
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us for removal.
We use industry-standard controls (Firebase security rules, encryption in transit, restricted access). No system is perfectly secure; we advise using a strong passcode on your device.
Data may be processed in data centers operated by Google (Firebase) in multiple regions. Protections are applied consistent with this Policy and applicable laws.
Primary third-party processors:
Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) Additional services may be added in future updates; material changes will be reflected here.
We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Significant changes may be announced in-app.
