General Policies

• 50% cancellation fee for cancellations/ no shows within 24 hours of the appointment 

• Being 15+ minutes late to the appointment may result in the appointment being canceled

• A nonrefundable retainer may be required for booking certain appointments  

• Services may not be able to be given on broken/ open skin, wounds, burns or sick clients

• It is the clients responsibility to inform the artist of any allergies or special requirements
