All services are by appointment only.
A $15 non-refundable deposit via e-transfer is required to secure your appointment. This will go towards your service. No deposit = no confirmed booking. Deposits can be sent to (gibcy.montanez@yahoo.com)
You will receive a confirmation message once your deposit is received and your appointment is approved.
We kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Less than 24 hours will result in your deposit being forfeited and may affect future booking privileges.
Missing your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service fee charged and loss of your deposit.
A 15-minute grace period is provided.
Arrivals after this time may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability.

Please reschedule if you have eye infections, allergies, irritations, or recent eye surgery.
We reserve the right to refuse service if symptoms are present to maintain a safe environment.
Children or extra guests are not recommended for safety and comfort.
For best retention and results:
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes — no mascara, eyeliner, or strip-lash glue.
Remove contact lenses beforehand (optional but recommended).
Avoid oil-based skincare near the eye area.
