Tim Little, owner, is a true local to the Grand Strand who was born and raised in Loris, SC. and he is no stranger to being on the water. He is married to his wife, Keri and they have 4 beautiful children, Hayden, Reid, Avery and Sullivan.

Tim started his journey in residential construction in 2001, when he then added commercial construction to his portfolio in 2017. He went on to working where he truly desired; on the water. Tim says " There's just something I love about Marine Construction and being on the water, it's so peaceful".
