BluFlame Applications Pty Ltd ("BluFlame", "we", "us" or "our") operates the OneLiners mobile application ("OneLiners" or the "App").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to users.
When you use OneLiners, we may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
Account information, such as your email address, username, display name and profile information.
Content you create or submit, including one-liners, comments and other user-generated content.
Social interactions within the App, including likes, followers and following relationships.
Reports or other information submitted when reporting content or users.
Communications you send to us for support or other enquiries.
We may also collect limited technical information necessary to operate the App, such as device information, notification tokens, authentication information and technical logs.
We use information collected through OneLiners to:
Create and manage user accounts.
Provide the features and functionality of the App.
Display user-generated content and profiles.
Enable likes, comments, followers and other social features.
Send app notifications where enabled.
Detect, investigate and respond to abuse, inappropriate content, reports or security issues.
Maintain, secure, troubleshoot and improve the App.
Respond to user support requests.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
OneLiners uses Google Firebase services to provide parts of the App's functionality, including services such as authentication, database storage and push notifications.
Information may therefore be processed by Google as a service provider in accordance with Google's applicable privacy and security terms.
We may also use other service providers where reasonably necessary to operate, secure or support OneLiners.
We do not sell users' personal information.

With service providers that process information on our behalf to operate the App.
When necessary to protect the security, rights or safety of OneLiners, our users or others.
Where required by law, regulation, legal process or a lawful government request.
As part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of the business, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Information users choose to make public through OneLiners, such as usernames, profile information, one-liners, comments, likes or similar activity, may be visible to other users of the App.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
OneLiners relies on established service providers, including Google Firebase, for infrastructure and security-related services. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide OneLiners, maintain user accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and protect the security of the App.
When an account is deleted, associated personal information will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible, except where information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or other legitimate purposes.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups or system logs before being automatically removed.
Users may request deletion of their OneLiners account and associated personal information.
Account deletion requests can be submitted through the account-deletion options provided by OneLiners or by contacting us using the privacy contact details below.
Certain information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement purposes.
OneLiners is not intended for young children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental consent would be legally required.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to OneLiners, our practices or applicable requirements.
When changes are made, the updated policy will be published on this page and the effective date may be updated.
