Bluffs Film Festival, affectionately known as Bluffs Fest, is an annual celebration of Colorado filmmakers and their work. Established as a platform to showcase the talent of COMM digital filmmaking students at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS), Bluffs Fest has evolved into a community-wide event that welcomes submissions from filmmakers across the state. The festival includes the premiere of "The Bluffs" TV show, an award-winning web and television series written and produced by UCCS digital filmmaking students.
