Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested by email and will be honored according to the following policy. Note that all times/dates are CENTRAL TIME.
Requests received at or before 11:59 PM on 31 January 2027 will be refunded in full minus a $30 service charge.
Requests received anytime during the month of February 2027 will receive a 50% refund.
NO REFUNDS will be granted for requests received on 1 March 2027 or later.
You may sell or transfer your registration at any time; please notify Bluff City Conclave of the transfer by email.
