Overview
Bluff - Cheat Card Game ("the App") is a real-time multiplayer card game. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the App and how it's handled.
Information We Collect
Display name — the name you type in when creating or joining a table, so other players at your table can identify you.
Table code — used to connect you to the correct game session.
Gameplay actions — the cards you play, claims you make, challenges, and passes. This is needed to run the shared game state between all players at your table.
We do not collect your email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any device identifiers. There is no account creation, sign-in, or password required to use the App.
How We Use This Information
This information is used exclusively to operate the real-time multiplayer game — syncing what happens at the table between every player connected to it. We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or analytics, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
Where This Information Is Stored
Game data exists only in server memory for the duration of an active table. It is not written to a database or any persistent storage. Once a table ends or all players leave, that data is discarded and cannot be recovered.
Your play-reminder preference is saved on your device only. It is never sent to
our servers and is removed if you uninstall the App.
Third-Party Services
The current version of the App does not use any third-party advertising or analytics services. If that changes in a future version — for example, if in-app advertising is added — this policy will be updated to reflect it before that change takes effect.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your Choices
Because the App does not create accounts or store data beyond an active game, there is no persistent personal data to request or delete. Leaving a table or closing the App immediately ends that session's data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Notifications
If you switch on play reminders in Settings, the App schedules them on your
device, by your device. Nothing about them is sent to us or to anyone else —
we do not know whether a reminder was delivered, seen, or opened, and no
notification data ever leaves your phone.
Reminders are only sent after you have not opened the App for a while, never
while you are playing, and there are at most three before they stop on their
own. You can turn them off at any time in the App's Settings, or in your
device's notification settings.
